WORK IN PROGRESS

At the moment it took me four days to come up to this stage. I have still few to go. On Tuesday

I will shot this in the studio, there is still a lot of work to do, but I will get there.

RESEARCH 02

After the last workshop I try to improve my idea, and I produced several drawings. I was thinking what we can find inside the center, what Barbican has in offer and how can I represent this. I also thought about the architecture and the form of the building and how I can combine this two to create something beautiful. I look in to many books and designers websites include:

WORKSHOP 03

This was our last workshop before presentation, however will still have two weeks to finish of our images. On this session we had to use our research and come up with model which we could push forward later. My idea was to create something really bright, colorful, fun. It has to be something what would reflect already existing beauty(art, performance, music, education etc. etc.) but show this in fresh and quirky way. Then I come up with this idea to make a 3D set design which will show what barbican centre has in offer, by using shapes and experimental typography. This is the first model I did.

RESEARCH

So I went to Barbican to investigate, and photograph the building. I have collected many flyers , read about the center on net. When I was around I saw huge empty space.My idea was to create an image which will engage more people to visit the space, and profit what Barbican Center has

in offer.

WORKSHOP 02

On this workshop we were brainstorming the place each of us had choose for a final piece(Barbican), which we will present in front of the class. At this point I didn't have an idea how my outcome is going to look like, but soon the things clear up.

WORKSHOP 01

On the first session of this project we were asked to find dull, sad or boring place in our collage (LCC). Me and my friends had choose a 'Su BAR'. We choose this space because we agree that is a bit sad, and its smells bad in there. However, that is also the space were we all meet after workshops, we networking, play pool, and relaxing. To expose the hidden beauty in this space we use photographs and photoshop to create fun and colorful images.
